628 Rogers Point Road – Jonathan Leighton c.1830

Placeholder: homestead property of Jonathan Leighton (1792-1865), father to Amesbury and Edwin Leighton (see 428 Rogers Point Road).

The original structure of the home is an early Cape Cod style. The Leightons significantly expanded the house by adding a two-story addition around 1850. The current owners have also added to the structure.
